Refunds

A voucher code that has been revealed on your order page counts as delivered. Revealed codes are not returned to stock and are not refunded automatically.

If a code was never revealed, or a download was never issued, we can refund the order and return an unrevealed code to stock.

Services we deliver by hand can be refunded before we mark the order delivered. After delivery, contact support and we will review the request.
